I've been having trouble deciphering what ingredients are vegan or not. It has made it
very difficult to eat anything other then rice, beans, fruit, and veggies. Luckily, I found this super helpful list of words to look out for in ingredient lists on Vegan.com!
- Carmine
- Casein
- Collagen and keratin
- Gelatin
- Glycerine, lactic acid, mono or diglycerides, and stearic acid
- Lactose
- Lard and tallow
- "Whey" is a milk
