Vegan Recipe!

Vegan Taco Salad!
I know I recently made a post about vegan tacos, but I made this salad the other day and I'm just in love with it! I thought I'd share it with you all because I know you'll love it too.

Ingredients:

Lettuce (I prefer iceberg for this)

Salsa 

Guacamole (I like the 100 calorie packs. 

I freeze them and thaw as I want them)

Tortilla chips

*Feel free to add beans, corn, vegan 'meat', etc.

-Wash and dry lettuce, add to bowl

-Add salsa and guacamole

-Crush tortilla chips into bowl

-Add any other toppings you want

-Mix up and enjoy!

Vegan Recipe!

I've always LOVED tacos and I usually would just make them without the meat. But being vegan now, the cheese was a no-go as well. While I must admit I didn't think anything could replace my dearest cheddar cheese, but I was really missing tacos and decided to try to make something new. Well, I made the most amazing vegan burrito/taco ever!

What you'll need:

• 1 tortilla wrap
• guacamole
• salsa
• brown rice
• taco seasoning packet

What to do:

Cook the rice as directed / drain / empty into bowl
Add taco seasoning over rice / mix well
On tortilla wrap, pour desired amount of rice
Add salsa / add guacamole
Roll up and enjoy!
